| Top up | Piper Champagne (12% abv)* |
| 1 Cube | Sugar |

Method:
Place the sugar cube into the bottom of a champagne flute and add the Three Barrels brandy, then the De Kuyper Cherry Brandy with champagne to top. Float 3 black cherries on the top if desired.
