| 1.25 Measures | Amarula Cream (17% abv)* |
| 1 Measure | Double Cream |
Liquid volume = 125ml*
Alcoholic units = 3*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 22.8%*

Method:
Shake all ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Additional notes:
Rich and full flavoured cocktail balancing fiery Woods Dark Rum to sweet Disaronno, creamy Amarula and coffee hints of Tia Maria.
Garnish:
Garnish with sprinkles of flaked chocolate.
