Ingredients:

1 MeasureDe Kuyper Apricot Brandy (24% abv)*
1 MeasureLemon Juice
0.5 Egg White
0.25 MeasureSugar Syrup
Liquid volume = 93.75ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 22.4%*

Method:

Shake ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a tumbler glass half filled with cubed ice.

Additional notes:

Fruity flavours from the apricot and tangy from the lemon juice.
