Mulled Wine
Ingredients:

6 MeasuresThree Barrels Brandy (40% abv)*
6 MeasuresDe Kuyper Triple Sec (40% abv)*
6 MeasuresRuby Port (19% abv)*
1 Bottle (75cl)Red Wine (13% abv)*
4 Cloves
4 TeaspoonsBrown Sugar
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Bay Leaf

Method:

Slowly heat all the ingredients on a very low heat. Bring to a simmer – do not allow to boil. Take off the heat and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Then serve into (heat resistant) wine or punch glasses. Garnish with slices of orange or lemon.

Additional notes:

The above quantity is for 6 people. Remember to use heat resistant serving glasses!
