Red Haze
Ingredients:

| 1.5 Measures | De Kuyper Triple Sec (40% abv)* |
| 1 Measure | De Kuyper Crème De Cassis (15% abv)* |
| Top up | Sparkling Mineral Water |
Liquid volume = 162.49ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 11.5%*

Method:
Half fill highball glass with cubed ice. Pour in the De Kuyper Triple Sec and then the De Kuyper Crème de Cassis. Top up with sparkling mineral water and stir gently.
Additional notes:
Refreshingly tangy long cocktail with orange and currant flavours.
Garnish:
Garnish with blackcurrants if desired.
