In the bottom of a mixing glass of shaker, muddle together 1 sprig of mint with the De Kuyper Apricot Brandy.
Add the bourbon and stir.
Carefully strain the liquid into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with the remaining sprig of fresh mint.
Additional notes:
Always use fresh mint for julep cocktail recipes – they look better and last longer in the glass as well as giving the best flavour.
