Top upPiper Champagne (12% abv)*
Liquid volume = 149.99ml*
Alcoholic units = 2*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 13.3%*

Method:

In a wine or flute glass, pour in the 2 shots of De Kuyper Raspberry liqueur and top up with chilled champagne.

Additional notes:

A variation on the classic Kir Royale substituting De Kuyper Rapsberry (Framboise is French for Raspberry) instead of De Kuyper Crème de Cassis.

Garnish:

A couple of fresh raspberries on a cocktail stick resting on the rim of the glass
