| 1 Measure | Lemon Juice |

Method:
Shake all ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into an ice filled tumbler glass and serve.
Additional notes:
Rich and sweet with a citrus tang.
Garnish:
With a slice of peach on the rim of the glass.
