Method:
Pour the Bénédictine into a heat resistant glass with a handle. Top up with the hot coffee. Float the whipped/double cream on the top of the coffee.
Additional notes:
This coffee can also be enjoyed without the cream as the flavours of the coffee enhance the rich herby flavours of the Bénédictine.
Garnish:
Sprinkle some grated chocolate on top of the cream.
