Method:

Unusually this cocktail starts with the garnish! Place some slices of zest of orange into a highball glass. Fill half the glass with ice cubes. Add the Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac and the Angostura Bitters then top up with ginger ale. Stir gently to release the flavours.

Centaur Spice is a delicious refreshing long cocktail. The tang of the fruit and the spice of the Angostura Bitters perfectly complement each other bringing out the flavours of the Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac.
