Method:
Half fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add in each ingredient in the above order. Stir gently. Garnish with a slice of freshly cut grapefruit.
Additional notes:
For best results use freshly made peach purée (although you can also ready made peach syrups). This cocktail was served at the 2010 Glamour magazine Women of the Year Awards and appeared in the August 2010 issue of the magazine. It is also known as the Russian Standard Ting. A long and refreshing drink - bursting with citrus flavour!
