Ingredients:

Top upMateus Sparkling Brut Rosé (12% abv)*
0.25 TeaspoonVanilla Extract
1 TeaspoonSugar
0.5 CupFresh Strawberries
0.25 TeaspoonLemon Juice
Liquid volume = 149.985ml*
Alcoholic units = 1*
Alcohol by volume (ABV) = 8.0%*

Method:

Wash and hull the strawberries. Put all the strawberries, except two, in a blender. Add vanilla, lemon juice, and sugar, and mix into a puree. Pour into a champagne flute half-way (more or less to taste). Top with Mateus Sparkling Brut, and stir gently. Slide the remaining strawberries onto edges of the glasses.

Additional notes:

Serve Mateus Sparkling Brut Rosé chilled to 6-8°C.
