Passoã Mojito
Ingredients:

| 50 ml | Passoã (20% abv)* |
| 1 | Lime |
| 1 Tablespoon | Sugar |
| Top up | Soda Water |

Method:
Slice up lime and place in glass with sugar and mint then muddle (squish) the ingredients together. Next add the Passoã and soda water to taste, serve over ice in a highball.
